Default Weird RPM's question

Hello everybody.
May I kindly ask you suggestions on what to took for if:
1. RPM's sometimes gets up to 1300 just without any case, stays there for some time and then goes back to 1000, usually when car is at normal op. temp. and city driving.
2. The car stalls during cold start, it goes up to the 1200 and then 0, after second or third start it sets on 900 (without touching any throttle), witch as far as remember seems to be little low for cold, i guess it was 1100 usually.

Thanks in advance

Failing idle air motor. It may just need a good cleaning or a wiring repair.

ISV is a possibility, and I'd also check for vacuum leaks and make sure the TPS switch is working right.

i concur with the ISV; this is the same symptoms as an NA i did work on. the owner had the same hunting idle problem and cold start hesitation. i unplugged the ISV and it idled fine.

I forgot to mention one more symptom when deacelerating or braking with motor. It's not smoth, it feels random.

Right under the intake manifold between cylinders 2 and 3. Follow the thick hose that plugs into the intake at the very front port and there it is.
