OF course thats taken into consideration of the design. Hence the comment earlier on the need for combination bearings to take up the shear loads. The only part that is similar to the picture above is the shifter itself. The mechanism operates and is mounted in the stock location.

beautiful piece but I am sure that will be a $500+. seem's a bit much for a shifter, but for the racers out there I bet that will be a must have.
Will it offer adjustment on the length of the shift i.e. the distance from the pivot point to where the shift linkage connects?
