WHAT I DID!!!
I have yet to see a picture of a Blazak fork.
What I did was what I thought made sense..
I am Not knocking Balzak at all. Heck I never even meet the guy.

When my mechanic and I examined the Blaszak "reinforced" clutch fork and compared it to my original fork with the half split arm, and a new OEM fork from Lindsey, we failed to detect any obvious physical differences in the dimensions of the three. So I don't really know what Markus actually does to the arms, if anything. The bearings are replaced with bushings, yes. I didn't take any pictures.

Burning Brakes
I chatted with Markus a bit about what he does and i think the word "re-inforced" is a misnomer. Here's what I understood:
- fork was inspected for cracks, etc. Not sure how.
- missing materials on the fork welded in, ground smooth
- fork hardened or tempered. He mentioned an oven process so I assume it's some sort of heat treating.
- bushing installed.
I never got the impression he added materials except to tangs of the fork.

Three Wheelin'
From the description above, calling the fork reinforced is certainly a misnomer.
Calling them refurbished or remanufactured is a more accurate description.
