I was reading that ad this morning and something seems off about the speedometer being swapped out. Also the leather on the seats doesn't look right for a low mileage car and the shifter leather looks peeled back as well. I thought the 89 turbos all had split rear seats?

Ski - You might want to check with "420WHP944". He lives in Cocoa Beach which is close and could check it out for you.

Thanks gents. Todd, I have a friend in Daytona, Vette owner, who could go check it out but thanks, I may call him. I was looking at it but my ex bro-n-law may want to sell his but I would have to check that one out and his maintenance. It was a brilliant car 4 years ago which was the last time I saw it.
The speedo's can break but it does seem a bit odd so I"ll get another friend to run the carfax and buy him a beer. The seats, maybe too much Armor All used and not good leather care products - that person should have his A$$ whipped. Nothing some good Hide Food or Lexol can't cure. The engine bay looks like a low mile car just doing due dilligence in case I pull the trigger on something. There are a couple of decent red ones around and I found a black 86 that some guy wants 18k for with 78k on it, que Aerosmiths "Dream On, Dream on.."
I'm getting a couple shots of the complete interior shot from both sides and the crack at the defroster vent sent to me...we'll see. If it is what seems to be, it may be worth it and keep it "stealthy" stock for some events - time will tell. I'm not rushing and I shouldn't even be looking with the work on the race car to do...but that itch is itching.
