When going with a 968 Bell Housing, you will need to modify the X-over pipe for clearance. Once you go with the smaller 968 clutch assembly, you have to deal with the speed & ref sensors as well. The 968 comes with a 60-2 trigger wheel, not speed/ref like the 951.

I also find the 6 speed very precise when shifting, it almost feels like I'm shifting a gated transmission. Oner thing I did notice is that the stock shifter with shift rod has a great deal of shifter travel from reverse to 6th, I installed a billet shifter with Momo **** to fix this. Has any one heard of a short shift (transmission end) for a 6 speed?
