There is a point on the price/volume demand curve where overall profits are highest and that's where each product should be placed. That's just simple business, I don't think anyone is runnign a charity around here.

It’s ALL about volume and where it goes. One product we make is customer spec. curved tempered safety glass. Most of it is a cnc process in the bending quench. However to get it to actually match the .dxf supplied by the customer it takes about an hour of “tweaks” to the equipment. The first one through has to cover the setup time. If we do 10 or 100 all with same radius but different sizes the price gets a LOT better.
Like someone said, our cars are not Hondas with those volumes. As for me I shop like hell, buy used off here and build what I can in my maintenance shop. This is a pricey hobby.

I thought the turbo kits and just about everything else for this car were dirt cheap when compared to my 07 Audi A4. I got this car so I could get cheaper mods with more power and not destroy my DD. Sorry for the revival.
