Default Turbo Twist Wheels

Hey I'm going to take a look at a set of turbo twist rims today for my 88' 951 and was wondering if there was any way for me to clarify that they're genuine, other than receipts or paper work. They've got the Porsche center caps, but other than that I can't tell much from the pics. The seller also mentioned that these fit post 87' 944's and doesn't need spacers. Any thoughts?

Check the part numbers from here, 944 Racing and select "Felgengewichte" on the left,
part numbers are located on back of the spokes.

Reps will not have a part number starting with 996 xxx xxx.
Also, I do not think reps have the with and offset cast into the
wheel next to the valve stem.

Oh I know bear, thanks though. I saw the wheels. Rears were kind of damaged with one dent and a few curb kisses on both, so I didn't want them. Fronts were clean. The numbers were 993.362.134.06 also. What numbers should I be looking for? I think 996.362.136.04.

The 993 part # wheel are probably the turbo twists from the 96-97 Turbo model, which would probably work for you as well but I believe are a slightly different size then the 996 wheel which came on the 2000+ Twin Turbo's. I'm sure someone on here can verify that for you though...
