So I will need to adjust the trhottle stop to a point where it is slightly further open, then adjust the TPS to that point as well. If my throttle is sitting too far closed on vac, could that cause the minute hesitation going to WOT?
That could cause issues yes. Have you tested the TPS switches?

Just the click test?

It clicks properly. What is a common malfunction for the TPS?

I have noticed that while datalogging, even the smallest amount of throttle shows up as WOT. I have just assumed that the zt-2 cannot properly read the voltage for our TPS sensors.

19-21" idle vacuum at operating temp, up to 30" on decel. Measured with a 5" face pressure gauge significant to .5 psi...recently calibrated at STP so you know it ain't lyin'.

1986 951 with the venturi business all still there.

Then something is wrong. Have you double checked your wiring? It sounds like you have it wired to the wrong pin.

The TPS input on the ZT should go to KLR pin 22, and it will read.

Also what is your engine speed at idle? Once you go below the 850 - 900 RPM mark, vacuum drops off quickly, even if everything is healthy.
Any guy who claims to be 20 inches is a damned liar! So don't compare yourself to that...at any altitude. Mine is only 18 at sea level...unless I just got out of a cold swiiming pool. Then it's like 15.5.

stock? I believe, only changes I have done are new vacuum lines and Laust 5 port vacuum manifold, 16.7 verified on Zietronix... 20.9 cold...

Soon to have Scivision MAF, MaxHP chips, LR MBC, hopefully a MV-S WG, will post new vacuum readings once all mods are in place...

11-12 in hg @ 2400'. Something's wrong... although it runs and drives fine. I'll be checking for leaks soon, I guess.
