How many are you driving your 951 to 944fest?
First I'm curious who from Canada is going to 944fest? So far, I don't know anyone. My route is approx 300 miles one way, and 300 miles back. I'm not sure yet if i want to take my car. it's just been fixed up, but i'm unsure about driving it 5 hrs almost non-stop both ways.

Not from canada, but I'll be driving 5hrs in my 951 to get to the fest (gotta take a 2hr detour to pick up the gf). I'd say go for it! There will be plenty of people that could help fix it if something went wrong

Sadly I won't be making it. My WIFE is still not repaired.
Her hospital stay has wiped out Hershey, 2 GTGs, and the Fest for me this year... Last year it was car broken... I knew she wasn't fond of my cars, but damn, shut up in the Hospital is going a bit far isn't it... She laughs when I say that to her...

Possible change of plans at work... I may drive overnight on Thursday night if I can get the car fixed in time... It's about 600 miles each way.

I will start making plans for next year right now.....
Oh yeah - don't plan to have it on my sons birthday....makes it hard to get it past the wife!!!

Well. I'm out, drove the car a good bit today and at the end when i went to park it, a whole bunch of coolant came out the front of engine....
