944Fest - Dyno Goals - 20%
So, Alain and I just got back home from visiting Special Tool and Reno in CT.
14 hours of driving (there and back), to spend two hours with them... Figure that one out!
But, it was worth it. To make a long story short: "If anyone's car comes within a 20% range of Alain's whp (at the 944Fest dyno session), I'll consider it a failure" -Special Tool.
I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Should be a great event. Good to see some interest in the Dyno runs. Look forward to the results.
btw 20% off 420whp isn't much. I'm sure there will be some others within that range

So finally Alain will be able to enjoy his car!! I remember that time he came to Julep and his headers were glowing red !!!

It is, after all, a 2.7 liter car.
I am sure, however, that the 150 dedicated hardcore 944 racer witnesses will be considered insignificant in the eyes of the Rennlist community....
