Injectors not opening
#4
2 hings could be happening
either they are stuck (has it been sitting for a while ?) tap on them
or
you have a short in the injector ....arness usually at the clip - wiggle the connectors sometimes it will need the battery to be unhooked b/c it has messed up the injector circuit or you can short one quickly.

apparently, no volts at injectors. My mechanic is looking at changing the DME itself to see if it's the problem. The car recently had the fuel rail taken off and the intake manifold to reach the turbo to fix an oil leak. After it was put back together, there was a test drive and all was fine. Went to start it up again after and it wouldn't start. All the grounds have been checked at the harness. Once the DME has been swapped, i will find out if it's the computer.

My DME was moved to another 944 turbo, and that car started up fine. Moved it back to my car and now my car starts up fine (Scratching my head)
I don't understand what was the problem. Any more ideas? Is it possible the DME just needed to be unhooked? or reset? something froze the injectors no volts on the injector. grounds were checked.

Check the injector harness at the the injector clips. These often short out after being moved around since the insulation gets hard and brittle. You may need to pull or cut the rubber boot back to check it.
