Yep, the car itself is all set, Koni race shocks, fabcar arms, big reds, cage, rear wheel wells flared out and lots of other stuff.
The other track car continues to 'grow' - front suspension is a modified GT3 type set up with center lock hubs and the rear suspension is a completley different 'cross memeber' design (I can't really call it a torsion bar carrier anymore).

Too much stuff to do! Now that I have a CNC mill I might make a little more progress!

I don't have the pics on this computer - take a look at
http://www.944enhancement.com/html/action_pictures.html
and look for the all white car - that the one with the flaired rear wells - they are about 1.5" wider on each side - a lot of work and all metal!

I saw that cool add that showed them draining the oil and still running the engine after adding the miracle treatement, so I am going to try that with Rob's engine.....

Actually we are going to go with a traditional oiling system (plus added cooling and another mod or two), since the overall purpose is not a dedicate track 'beater' the stock set up will work fine.

... and just when I thought I didn't want to spend any more $$ on my car, you go post pictures like these. Now, I'm gonna have to go and see how much money I still have left in my 401k plan (which is now more like a 201K plan).

Hmm, this car didn't once belong to a Kenny Shrieves by any chance....?

Looks great. Very slick dry sump setup and custom intake. Any idea what kind of power it'll make?

What kind of fittings did you use with the nylon hose? I tried to use AN Pro-Lite hose for fuel lines, but had a very hard time getting it to seal. I ended up replacing it with standard stainless lines, but the problem may have been the fittings I was trying to use (they work great with the stainless line though so I gave up on the nylon-shrouded hose)

Not the car...but the front supension did start out from Kenny. It may need some final sorting out for track use but it is an interesting starting point!

[QUOTE]

I figure it will make 'enough'.
Since I am a road race guy by trade I am more interested in reliable long term power that can stand up to 60 minute full power sessions and last for at least a season. Based on that my target is a minimum for 500hp, anything over that is gravy (I would guess at 500 - 600 crank hp).

If I wanted to make a dyno queen out of it I would have to switch turbos and cams and I would not be suprised if I could see 800hp (crank) for a one time peak number....but thats not going to happen - its set up for a wide power band and not high peak hp.
