Default Here she is......

My 951 is back home again. Engine running great! TT bearings are starting to go already, just barely tho. Pretty sure thats what it is. Its not 100% "concourse" clean yet, but getting pretty close. All the flaws dont show up in the pictures, have to look pretty close. Needs a good detail, hasnt even been home 24 hours yet. But here it is, almost 6 months later.

Im taking it easy on her. Keeping the boost down, trying not to push it too hard. Hard not to at all, even at 13psi, all you have to do is tap it. Its amazing how much of a difference .5 liters makes.

I really like how the two tone interior came out. Cant wait for paint, and fix all the little piddly stuff. All minor cosmetic stuff. cept the TT. Ill just rebuild my extra one most likely tho. Everything else but the tranny is either new or near new, as far as the powertrain, and suspension.

Thanks for the good words guys. Been a long, and expensive project. Maybe now I can afford some new clothes, and not wear rags. LOL Lawyer says that USAA should be settling soon, and looking like ill get the whole evaluated price of my 87', about 14k. Can you say 968 turbo s? Hehehehe. Probably be another year or so for the 968 realistically at this point. Never know if the right one pops up tho...

Sweet another 3.0 951.

An 86' too. The best year to mod IMO.

Looking good!

On a minor note... your driver headlight needs adjusting
