Nope, the banana arms are redundant on a full coilover set-up. To make it clear, the banana arms are the curved pieces of metal that are welded to the t-bar housing and attach to the body. I think you are confusing banana arms and rear control arms.

huh. I guess i am too. I always thought the Control arms were called the banana arms. but looking at the curved pieces of metal that clearly resemble a banana - imagine that - I understand.

Aren't those called cantilever arms?

I too thought people were referring to the rear control arms when using the term "banana arms".

What the fuch were we talking about?

Everytime I hear banana arms they're talking about the control arms.

I think I'm going to get it - offer pending of course.

I'm probably going to weld up some more gusseting and Sway bar tabs.

I'm addicted. I can't stop. I'll never get my car finished.
