Default turbo cooler sleeve?

Does anyone know where to get (or have) the oil cooler sleeve that goes inside the Oil/water heat exchanger? I have a cooler cover from a turbo that I was putting back on my spec car, and come to find out I'm missing it. It looks like that only way I can find one is to buy a whole new cooler...

This one? 951 107 152 03

The actual cooler is external on a turbo, not under the cover, so not if we are on same page.

Ok. Let me know if you come up short. I have a few spares of the superseded asymetical version, which work fine if you ensure they are seated properly.
