Default Dyno question - what would cause a change in the calculated gear ratio?

I've got all my runs on the computer here and one thing I haven't really figured out yet is what would cause the gear ratio (as calculated by the dyno) to change? Would it have to be tire or clutch slippage? This was on a dynojet, so the dyno has an inductive clamp for picking up the RPM of the engine, so there is no error in how it reads that.

It obviously isn't much of a change at 1% overall, but it had me wondering.
