I bought a vinyl decal that was "high temp", who knows really but it is holding up great. Some people have used stencils and painted the Porsche script. I got them from www.xenonmods.com Its 3" in length and I applied after I had finished all the color coats and before the clear coats.

Prep work is key just like any painting job. I taped off the seals very well and used a paint stripper to remove the factory clear coating and sanded up the surface. Then used a prep-all agent, adhesion promoter (thanks Dan J) and shot them 5-6 times with color. Then applied sticker, then cleared 2x.

Hope this helps...

I taped off the interior of my calipers with duct tape then glass bead blasted them. Didn't hurt the pistons or seals, but I tried to avoid hitting the tape at an angle w/ the gun (I was planning to rebuild them after painting anyway).
