I was unaware the 930 spacers were slip on, noted.
The car has always been inspected trackside yes. No one has ever said anything...not sure if that comes down to lazy tech inspectors or them not knowing the rules. I know with my Cup 2's attached the fact that there are spacers bolted to the hub, and then wheels bolted to the spacer is very obvious. Cars in storage or I would snap a pic.
