Damn, that's a lot of down force you running Bruce. Looks too nice to be tracking it but it won't be street legal so what can you do other than race the thing. In any event, kudos to lots of planning and getting it this far.

Not that I'll ever want to drive it on the street.. But it WILL be street legal. Antique license plate. No safety inspection, or inspection at all needed. Just insurance.

I will certainly go to some coffee and cars in Houston though. That will be fun... as long as its not raining.

A few easy to install steps in the right direction. Against the white, this is turning out to look nicer than I expected. Still building Tbars... Second pic is NOT my car. The second pic is one of a car that has one of my T-Bar Delete / roll center correction piece installed. Really great guy's car. He has done an amazing job putting this thing back together- to race. he does not post here and I just had to show you guys the stuff that happens outside of this forum. So much nice stuff we don't get to see. Truly amazing.

This is NOT my car below

I know. My jaw dropped when I saw that. I am proud to have one of my pieces be a part of it. I asked him for video when he gets it on the track.

What motor is in that car Bruce?

btw...my package turned up yesterday too. Haven't checked it out yet but if it looks as good as the pic above I'm a happy guy!

The oil tank looks nice there on your car. Got any closer pics?

That's the 3.0 pic included. Also, another angle/pic of the tank. Patrick, yours should look exactly like that, but I like your color scheme better. The pic has the colors he requested. The gas pedal I decided on comes from a C4 corvette.

Sid, the other car is what he built. I just sent him the Tbar delete. He sent me that pic in my email when he had it in the car. But I did sorta have a small part to do with it! I can't wait for him to drive it.

I am starting to put the car together now. I'm waiting on some suspension pieces to show up and that will rocket the car to true roller. Then I can Install the F & R 996TT brake kit I have. Then all the brake plumbing. That is going to take a while. But for it to stop on its own will be huge. Then I will install the drive train. Then .. and only then, can I start to install the real plumbing. Oil, coolant, & Fuel. Fuel will be easiest. Then lastly...electrical. Starting her up happens right after that.

My list of small parts I will need is starting to grow again. I hate that.

Really like the way that bar delete looks.

Keep it up. You're slacking. -- stop fooling around on RL and get yer damn car back together! :-D

Btw some of my gf's fam live in Houston and I may be coming down that way at some point. I'll give you a holler; it'd be neat to meet up.

Just put the wheels and suspension on. It's nice when there isn't a whole lot of anything extra on the car. Took about an hour for front and rear. That's it. The wheels toughened her up a little, so I'm starting to relax on the looks of the car. I'm starting to think the red is really going to set her off on a mean look. sometime in the near future... back to making Tbar-deletes. lol.
