Default clutch doesn't feel right

After sitting in christmas traffic for over an hour a few days ago my clutch doesnt feel like it should. It doesnt slip at all though. I havent been able to put the car in the garage yet put i just took a peek underneth and it looks like my rear main seal started leaking pretty bad. I dont know if theres oil getting on the clutch making it not feel right or the clutch itself was damaged or the fork bent from holding in the clutch. Is there any way to inspect the clutch without removing it? I would like to know exactly whats wrong so I can gather all the parts i need. thanks

anybody? It's holding 19 psi but the pedal grabs almost all the way at the top. Is it possible to inspect the disk?

There is an inspection hole in the bell housing. Jack the front end up and get underneath with a flash light and you'll be able to inspect it.
