Who is running 18x10 front and rear?

Here are some pics with the 18X10s on the Turbo S. I had to buy some extra space with the factory camber adjustment and compensate with camber plates at the top. There's now about 1 cm of clearance between the rim and the 2.5" spring. No problems at all in the rear of course. I think it looks pretty good like this and is a good excuse to show off some pictures.

Yep, they look fantastic. I bought the same rims on that bad *** tire rack deal. You may be running 10's in the front, but the tire is pulled in quite a bit. 245 or 255?

They are 255s in the front. I could have easily got 285s on there. I was worried about clearance when I bought them, but after test fitting it's not a problem. Camber actually moves the wheel clearance around a lot, and I think I'm still in the acceptable range. I had pretty good temperature spread across the tire after some spirited street driving.

I have a full set of front and rear 18x10 993 rear wheels that I honestly can't stand.
Truthfully, compared to the 17x9 set that I normally run, they feel so much heavier on the car and while driving. They make the car feel cumbersome and unresponsive. Maybe it's the tires on them.
I literally had these on the car for a few days and couldn't stand it any longer. So they are up for sale now but I never have enough good things to say about them to convince anyone to actually buy them!..
This is 18x10 front and rear, with 255/something up front and 295/something in back. With some stiff Bilstein coilovers so there was no rubbing or any of that nonsense at all.
These photos are pretty old and the wheels have since been painted silver a couple times and now have 225/something front tires and 275/something rear tires on them. For sale if anyone wants them!

Are the 2.5" springs smaller than stock and allow more wheel clearance? I noticed it was very tight up front with the stock springs but i am upgrading. Should i go with the 2.25" ones?

I see no way of pulling off 10" wide front wheels with stock springs. 2.5 with camber plates works well, but 2.25 would get even more valuable space. Just as a reminder of the specs on these wheels, they are: Front 18X10 et58 with 255 tire, Rear 18X10 et52 with 285 tire. The spindles, arms, hubs, etc. of the front of my 951S is stock other than camber plates.

These wheels were mounted on the car using spacer adaptors though, so the offset is changed to late offset. I think they are ET65 if I'm not mistaken.
I almost had the wheels sold to a friend with an 89 n/a 944, the fitmet was proper and correct, however the inside of the front wheels rubbed the factory springs very badly, so he did not buy them. With smaller diameter springs they are just fine.
