Steve, looks great and is on my list of things to do. What did you use to secure the vinyl overlap behind the panel? Just glue I would assume? Thanks.

Yep, just a can of 3M spray glue applied to the vinyl and the board, let sit for a few seconds to stiffen up and then mate the two together. That stuff is very hard to get apart once cured. I had to ream the hole a little for the door latch on one of them and it was very hard to pull apart. Same thing on the backside plus I have some vinyl tape helping out around the curved portion.
