I dont know why everybodys questioning this so much. A lot of R&D went into this setup.
Ive had it run flawlessly since March. Its much brighter and safer than the stock setup. Stock 944 lights suck *** with a straw. Hands down.
For 185 youre getting a hell of a deal. It will keep you, your homies on their cell phones, deer, and your car safe at night.

i really wish i can buy this setup. The only flaw with the 944 is the lights. They are not bright enough and i fear driving at night on the back roads. I have to save up some money.

Does it matter if we ask a lighting engineer employed by SAE or ECE? These particular headlights are approved for use in every country except the U.S. and Canada. The problem is with legislation, no the lighting.
I do agree with you on some of the other types of 7" lights available. The cheap plastic ones found all over evil-bay should not be used on any public roads

My apologies Travis. This wasn't meant to be a callout to your setup specifically - overwattage lamps are a huge pet peeve of mine. I think it would be a decent kit without the big bulbs, even if they were still selective yellow.
I shall refrain from further posting in this thread.

Gents,
This a top notch kit. You will not get any better for anywhere near that price.
The man has gone out of his way to offer a cost affordable pre-packaged deal for the 'Listers.....pay up, put'em in and enjoy.
Sheesh....

first off,
open headlight,
remove the plastic trim, 1 bolt
remove the light, 3 bolts
put new headlight, put back black trim, then remove the healight square, dont know how you call that
when its done, you will have room to put new bulb and connect new harness
