First off. Closed course. Private track etc.
o.k. Please don't give the owner of this car $hit about the fender. I know. The header panel is constantly taken off and on. those are both going to be taken care of this winter.
It's pretty amazing how fast the turbo spooled. listen in right before it goes. You can hear the instant spool. "The owner's" really damn happy with this turbo. It exceeds "his" expectations
For reference, "This 951" is racing a Volvo 70R turbo. "he" started a car back for passing reference. You can't hear the Volvo, but he's on it. The 951 stopped at a little over 100mph. Starting from a 35 roll.
I picked the below web site because it allows a cleaner playback. I'll embed a you tube spot for the slower computers out there.
951 Street run.wmv - 38.37MB ----------->>>This link is MUCH higher quality. and of course YOUTUBE below.

22psi
22psi. Always E-85. 415whp.
On shifting. Programmed that way to keep the turbo spinning between shifts.

No. I haven't gotten the new number. I've just turned the boost up 4psi more than when I ran the 415. (22psi) It was faster, but didn't feel smooth. So I really haven't had the need or the want to turn it up to 26psi until I get back on the dyno at Pro-technik. I just makes plenty of power at 22 to not have to go to 26. If I'm racing a Z06 with nitrous and it's close, I'll turn it up. But I don't see that happening anytime soon.

GT30R - MoTeC. My next MoTeC add on will be a Pulse width modulator controlled by the MoTeC that will fix this problem. I will probably also up the spring pressure to an 18lb unit from the current 15lber in there, since I almost never run lower than 18.

Thank you, constantly tryin to improve it.
More video will be coming from the next track outing at Texas World. So that should be fun. Praying it doesn't rain.
You can see the graph in this thread. Yo can see the effect on power these Boost controller pulses are having in the below graph.

Great question. You were listening well to the clip! That's my most recent problem. It's the boost controller. The controller pulses the wastegate to give a certain amount of boost. How fast it pulses is controlled by the gain ****. I turned the gain all the way up, but I think that the boost is so much more than the Spring, that It has to pule that way to keep the 22lbs of boost.
