Default Engine cuts out to an idle condition during acceleration (TPS questions)

Okay,

I took out a friend's 951 that has a turbo oil leak. It is injesting a bit of oil.
Driving down the road, I boosted 3 times. On the third time, the engine cuts out. At exactly 1600RPM the engine cuts out.

This is the Exact thing that happened to my car. I cleaned my tps and left it unplugged overnight. and it ran perfect!

I tried leaving the TPS off this car and plugging it back in and no help. The car runs and drives fine (slightly rough) with the TPS disconnected.

Does anyone have any ideas? I will try plugging the tps in tomorrow morning.

I have the car untill tomorrow night.

Thanks guys!

it the problem changes with the TPS look there. I will say a TPS problem has nothing to do with the turbo ingesting oil

I didn't know if the oil could cause something to go hay-wire with the TPS. I dont know how it would be related.. I just figured I'd ask.

Why would a TPS start acting crazy after 3 Boost runs?

When I did my throttle rebuild I found my tps full of oil, so it does get in there either from the turbo or the aos breather pipe. Good news is that you can very carefully take the tps apart and clean it out, saving a few $'s on a new one.

I tore his engine apart looking for anything. Intake, AFM, cleaned the TPS, inspected every vacuum line, all connections on the J-Boot... no smoking guns.

It is obviously attributed to the 3 boost runs. I wonder what would cause this! Did i throw a senser?

hmmmmmm

Is oil getting into the line going to the KLR? Mine was...when we remedied the oil issue & put in a different KLR box the car ran properly. I unfortunately had a number of oil drops that had made their way down to the fitting on the KLR box.

Cool...I'm right off of 106th street just a bit west of Ditch Road.

The line I was referring to is the semi-clear line that goes down to the KLR unit...I believe it ties into the back/right point of the intake manifold.
