There are some mistakes with the article. The Piston are not Mahle. They are custom Ross Racing Forged pistons made for this car. The rods are not Wossner. They were made by Oliver to our specifications.

Good seeing my car in a rag though. I'll have to get them to do a follow up after the new suspension is installed.

Thanks Raj,

We have been tuning the car here locally. We have been able to get the turbo to spool much faster using the TEC GT tuning program. The car is getting faster. We are able to see 10lbs boost by 3K now in 4th gear, and it just pulls. We are seeing 15lbs boost before 4K. Hopefully we'll have the transmission done in a few weeks and we'll fine tune on the road, then get back to a dyno for further tuning. The car is quite a bit faster now, and the transmission was going with this power.

The new trans will handle the power and we'll see where we are on the dyno. When we hit 530whp, the air temps were 117 degrees. The car is fast. Actually, it's the fastest car I've ever driven once on boost. The upper gears on boost is silly fast. It's amazing to see your speedo fly past 100mph.

George, your car is amazing!! The fact that you then made it into a magazine is just icing on the cake but something that you'll always remember as part of the car's history. You guys may still have to sort things out, but you have a car that most people would dream of having. Anyway, great job on the car and making the magainze too!!
