Default Only one headlight is working for low beams

I Just installed a new set of headlights trying to fix this!

only one headlight works on low, but both headlights work great for High Beams.
Click it down to low beams... and one headlight goes out.

Any ideas?

Positive short going to low beam connection. Been there, mine was two inches before the connector on the chassis end of the harness.

maybe a defective light if not a wiring issue.

The bulbs are fine, I have installed 2 brand new sets and no luck. Where can I look to find a "positive short going to low beam connection" ? Thanks guys. I hate to keep bumping the **** out of this thread.... Ive spend an hour and a half trying to fix it. Any ideas would be appreciated
