S5 turbo on a 2.5L will not be a good match. It will be lazy (1bar boost by 3600-3900), your power band will be narrow, turbo recovery between shifts will not be great.

I have not used a S5 on a 2.5L, it's just what I expect to see. If you try it, let us know what you find.
