Has anyone ever machined or grinded a NA clutch flork to fit over a turbo TOB?
Before I start grinding away at a good NA fork I have, I want to find out if anyone else has done it?
The two forks seem identical except for the opening between the ends of the fork where it catches the TOB. And in hand with the that, the smaller opening looks like it was achieved by thicken the fork itself, as the NA fork looks thicker then the turbo one.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

Last year I compared a Turbo fork and an NA fork side by side. It appears both forks use the same 931casting, and differ only in the size of the opening between fingers. In the turbo application it appears they grind more material from the inside of the fingers to accomodate the bigger diameter of the Turbo TOB. I couldn't find any other difference. I think you will probably be fine.
