That's a very nice one, and with the mods I think he under-estimates it at 320 WHP. It's a fair price also. Tell the judge you're getting a lawyer if the verdict is "no"
Edit- I'm assuming the judge is the wife re: buying that car, maybe you meant a real judge concerning the wrecked car. Either way, if the wife says no, I'd still get a lawyer

LOL, already got a lawyer to handle the insurance company of the driver who hit me.(who was at fault). Looks like I may end up with a parts car, and a wad of cash!
Yeah Im startin to think I just wont find a better deal any time soon. I think his asking price is more than fair considering the mods.

I went and looked at the car. It is owned by a kid here in flight school. He purchased the car a year ago from the rennlist guy in atlanta. I think his name was hunter...
Car seems solid...however the kid who bought it is not a porsche guy!!! Absolutely no working knowlege of 944s... Asked him how much boost he was running, Had no idea how to use or adjust manual boost. said he just runs it in the middle or **** centered he said. Also car is slammed to the ground I mean low, like you need to plan your route to and from...no clearence. I can get answers for you if you need.

Im curious, since its slammed, if they used the geometry correcting ball joint kit. Im guessing he hasnt used too much boost, said to keep it down without pump gas. Looks like hes only put about 8k on it.

the car in the ad isn't "slammed". If it is, and it only has 8k on it since it left it's good owner, you should be okay. You can't just slam one of these cars without suspension work. I figure with 8k, he probably couldn't have done too much damage. Get it now though.

Think I should raise it when i get it? Would just need springs right? Never lowered one before, dont know what it entails, I know If you do youll snap ball joints is you dont use the correction kit.

if it is the same car as in the web page that Darwin posted, it has only been lowered one inch and has new ball joints, with Koni adjustables and thick sway bars. I'm guessing you won't have any problem. If so, you can raise the ride height and get an alignment, or get the ball joint kit from Rennbay. Either way it's no big deal. I'd bet it's no deal at all. The owner of the car, on the site in question, knew what he was doing.
