Good project, I just don't think it looks right considering all of the other lights are 20 year old bulbs and not modern HIDs or LEDs. Would have to "update" all of the exterior lights in order to really pull it off.

Well for one, the Front lens was not on, I have to heat form that, But this was the first "light up" of them.
Theres a few different things I can do with them. I just used Clear for all the peices, but I might used black for the LED mounts, or possibly frost the backside if i used the clear, OR put a strip of chrome tape on it.

Actually im working on newer more modern taillights too(that will have a cool little addition to them ;-), Had plans for those way before I did this, I guess Just seeing the audis recently gave me this inspiration.

Oh the LED's ARE white. of course other colors can be used

As for the side lights I might go with some smoke lenses and put and Led Bulb in there, But then I dont care that much about that.

Also I am working on dual Projector headlights, but its taking a while as i was going to make them one piece with the a vented header panel

I had a 931 hood customized, waiting to be painted. what the heck, heres a couple pics. I might be getting rid of it, for a composite version, part of why I haven't paitned it yet.

Nice work on the hood. What is the hood made of? I'm trying to get something like this done to a c/f one but the guy is really dragging his feet. Not sure about the NACAs but they do look well made. Congrats. Be interested in what you've got planned for the rear too. As for the side markers, just remove them.

That looks great! Leave the projector headlights to Deutchnine. They look hard to beat. Concentrate on a great kit for these and put the turn signal in the foglight space or vice versa. Coupled with the Deutchnine HID kits and those? Sick. Complete update

Thanks,
No Offense But I was far from impressed with those Headlights, mine won't be "gts" style, the will be more like, F360/430 style.

Oh and The foglights, im working on will be pretty sick too, with integrated Ducts

Hell, more power to you man. Get them out there quick before they come out with the HID version and we scoop them up.

You're kidding right?? Far from impressed? Sure it may not be the kit that you want, but as an alternative for what else is available out there and only ever meant to be a repro of the GTS setup I can't see much to fault. Now with molded buckets and no screw - perfect fit lenses I think you're a bit of a hard taskmaster. If you want something different that's fine and obviously you can have whatever you want on your car. As a pretty authentic looking item that also doubles as a space and weight saving kit I can't fault it. Time will tell if they throw enough light to drive safely of course, but I'll be trying some.
Good luck with your project too.

Bad a$$!

I think you need to change the whole lighting of the car over to LED for it to look right though.
