Default Wash the 951

i went to the Coin-Up Car Wash today. For the first time i decided to use the "Foam Brush" which spits out some purple foam type soap from the brush. When i was done i noticed some purple residue on the hood and bumper. It looks stained on. My 951 is white, so i noticed it right away. How do i get rid of it?

A good wax would probably get rid of it.

My original Alpine White paint gets little stains on it all the time, and with a little wax they come right off.

A polish will remove the stains more quickly/effectively than just using a cleaner wax. Follow up the polish with a wax for best results....best over the counter products would be Meguiar's scratchx followed by NXT 2.0 wax-good luck,

I never use the foaming brush. You never know what the last guy scrubbed with it.

Me.

I wash the crushed silica dust off my truck with it. Don't ever use the brush on nice paint. I wash it with the fire hose at work them go to the ghetto wash with the brush.

driving to the carwash means the hood's hot and now it's baked on, good luck getting the spots out.

One should not wash the "queen" with a brush. Shame...

As another poster said you do not know what the last guy did with it.

I only use the foaming brush for under the car and the engine compartment.

Never use them on your paint, unless you like spider webs and faint scratches.
