I wouldn't think that there's anything at all wrong with the Tial piece. A lot of us got the Forge's during the group buy.
I wouldn't trust anything on ebay BTW, unless you know the seller well.

That Ebay unit works fine.
Much better than any POS rubber diaphram Bosch unit
I've used that very same one at over 30 psi. It is a little small for that much airflow but for the usual 15-20 psi or less it is great.
