When E85 is discussed, that's talking about a full conversion, replacing standard gas. What's involved is basically replacing any old rotting rubber fuel lines with new ones, adding larger injectors for the extra fuel and tuning the car for the injectors and the 20-30% more fuel flow that is needed for E85. On my car it's about 24% more fuel required. For best results, timing should be tuned as well but not required.
