I used the oring that Tim sent with the Turbo. but when I took the turbo off I found this.

Which probably happens when you need the adapter and do not use it.

If you look you can see the turbo and the whole is not round.

Funny I never thought to look at that.

Once the turbo arrives, I won't have time to go ordering parts, so that's why I asked. I want to be sure I have everything on hand to get it installed. It looks like you need one of these o-ring adapters perhaps? I will confer with Tim when I speak to him.

Also, if you have to cut the j-boot down the hole for the AOS will be removed. Where do you then attached the hose from the AOS at the j-boot?

I installed a MAF at the same time so I cannot really comment.

Does Tim sell the spacers?

Just got off the phone with Tim. He has an adapter that connects the j-boot to the turbo. This adapter has the fitting for the AOS welded onto it.

Turbo order has been placed. Keeping fingers crossed for speedy delivery! Thanks for the assistance Tim!

Looks like fatigue at the shaft/turbine wheel weld joint in the first pics. Probably a good idea to do a dye penetrant inspection of these parts when rebuilding to identify any cracks...
