Simple question:

What technique do you guys use to pull out the old exhaust crush rings and install the new ones?

Just pulled out my old, broken turbo, and now it's time to put it all back together again.

chisel, punch - get em moving and then they'll pop out.

on the upper header->lower header I cut them with a dremel

You need a technique? Mine were so rusted/corroded that they just fell apart and off

Worst case, you can drill a little hole in them and pry them out with a pick. Little heat never hurts either.
