Cam housing
This may have been asked before (I have searched but can’t find any) but, will an 86 944 turbo cam housing fit on an 87 944 turbo?
If you could help, I sure would be grateful.
Mine has a crack above the (E) in the porsche lettering, and I have used jb weld to seal it (still has a little leak, but manageable) but it look bad.
There is a cam housing on eBay that’s off of a 86, so if someone could let me know

I have at least 6 of them here right now, from NA's and 951's. As far as I can tell, other than the lobe profile of the cam itself, all the housings are indeed identical.
