Default Troubles- low oil pressure after one piece oprv

ok so i had my oprv stick on the track and dropped oil pressure to zero. After pulling it,cleaning it i got oil pressure for the rest of the weekend but decided to install an early update one piece oprv. I found a good used one and put it in, only to discover now i only have 4bar oil pressure cold w/ topped off oil and 20w50. I always have 5bar cold and w/ the three piece its 5bar. Any deal here? The seals look good but i may replace them anyway, anyone have one of these just not work right before? Maybe the seals are allowing pressure to bleed off?

Did you install a new o-ring before installing it? What is the pressure at idle when hot? Have you checked the crank bolt?

I usually see 4.5 or so when cold, and 2.5 or so when hot.

crank bolt is not loose. I just upgraded from a 3pc to a 1pc oprv. Original OPRV shows 5bar cold as usual, ten minutes later 4bar max cold w/ the 1pc OPRV. Swapped the three pc back in and back to 5bar. No new seals yet- order them monday i guess. I know the late one piece OPRV comes apart by just pulling them apart but i cannot get this thing to separate for anything.
