Dude. Dyno chart now.
And um. Those Stainless Steel Exhaust housings from Tial are so damn small, I had to double check it. I have one at the shop for a GT35. Freaking tiny. Externally only of course. Weighs so much less. LOVE it.

Dyno today at 4.

No promises on posting the charts tonight. The internet is a bit sketchy at the house. I'm "borrowing" some bandwidth from a neighbor.

He's a thief. Oh, and I stand by my previous prediction that it'll be a dud:

234 hp and 255 ft-lbs. Boy that'd be a real doozy...

In all seriousness I really like this setup. When I get around to modifying my powertrain I'll probably go with what Sean's got. Looks great, produces tons of usable power, and, according to Tial, should be priced quite affordably.

Pricing on this as a GT3076R w/ the tial housing and the custom mount would be rather interesting!

Add me to the list that can't hardly wait to see the dyno.

Tial stuff for our cars has been a long time coming. Look forward to seeing results. I too believe that the housings make the normal stuff look and feel very big and clumsy. Nice to see some progress.

Yeah, you're one to talk. As if your dad coming into town and going on vacation to Florida is more important than helping me fix the A/C line in my car. Get your priorities straight man. Oh yeah, I forgot, "straight" and you don't go together.

Sean, forget the dyno, bring it up to Jeremy's house and give a bunch of us a ride.

I asked Tial about making a GT30 76R. They (the owner Gregg Jones) said the 76 is not needed for a 2.5 unless you are making over 450 HP. He looked at it initially and decided you will give up spool for no real gain in power.

And hooray for Peoria hot lapping.

What about a GT35R? For those of us that don't mind some lag for the extra potential?

Nize - pay closer attention to the data.

He did not even START the accel. until 2500 RPM - boost came up violently in less than a 500 revs span.
The turbocharger in that graph might do 1 bar at 2400 RPM with proper tuning.

That compressor is the best choice for a street 951.

What I can show is a datalog from the acceleration in 4th gear.

THAT is an excellent result for a 944.

You havea little boost creep - you need to look at your boost control system if you want to be more exact.
I would start at the wastegate and exit pipe if I were you.
