How to check that airco is working?
Hi guys.
My airco wasn't working when i bougth the car. Now Ive replaced part 964 613 137 00 - pressure switch, because mine had damaged wires. Now I want to check if my airco is working now. Somebody told me that I have to look if the compressor wheel is spinning, but there is no way that I could notice that, cause I cant see it looking from top of the engine.
Any suggestions?
Oh, cant just turn it on and wait for cold air, cause there is about 6 degrees C outside

yeah get under the car or look from the top w/ the airbox off- running , have someone turn the a/c switch on and off and see if the clutch is turning/stopping/turning/stopping.

Thought that a/c only works when the engine is on, and you cant hear it then
Dont have a possibility to get under the car now, and also i have the alluminium plate under the hood, so probably i would have to take it apart.
Thanks, I will try to turn the ignition and check if I can hear the compressor.
