Well the timing belt got me!!
I am in the process of pulling the head, I figure I have some bent valves. So rather then having the head machined and all, I thought I would give it a shot to see if anyone has any turbo heads laying around? Its a 1986 944 turbo, help me get my baby back on the streets!

You prob just bent 4 valves, and at $200 aprox for machine shop, and $75 aprox per valve, you are looking at $500 for a head that had been totaly gone through and valve grinde seals etc. Well worth it over the chance of getting a head that needs at the minimun of $200 machine shop work anyway because it's been sitting so long the seals are junk. Just my .02
