Default 95.5mm bore

I noticed my bottom end is rebuilt and it measures 95.5? Isnt it supposed to be 100?

I sure hope you're talking about your engine.

It should measure abot 99.98 if it's a tolerance group 1 block. Measurement should be taken approx 61mm from the top of the bore.

I just measured straight across the bore. Also whats an S5K piston? Thats whats in there. The bores look immaculate and was definately rebuilt at some time. The head is another story.
