Default Rear seats

I have easily removed the vertical part of the rear seat however I am having trouble removing the seating base. Any stricks to remving it as I do not wan to damage it

it glues in- just remove the seat belts and clips along the rear edge- pull the rear up first and flip it up towards the front seats and then work the flaps out from under the carpeting.

Both times I removed the rear seats I had to seperate the seat from the insulation on the rear tunnel. Its quite attatched so think twice about if you need it out or not. Mineral Spirits and or Dry Ice is your friend when taking that insulation off.
