Nope it wouldn't. I would almost be more inclined to do water injection rather than just spray it on the IC. In calculated amounts, it provides excellent power increases. Not to mention increasing efficiency.

sorry totally off topic: Laust, do you still have any of those vacume manifolds laying around? I PM'ed you awhile back but got no response...
back on topic: STI's come with stock water squirters for the IC. THe Snow performance kits I have heard are very easy to use as well as giving great power gains and lower intake temps.

A little OT: I thought I answered everyone. I still have quite a few of the single banjo-bolt 5-port ones (but not dual BB or 4-ports). PM me if that’s what you want.

oh yea...actually if anybody is interested I bought a water injection kit a year ago and never got around to putting it in my track car...I figured out after the fact that i'd have to carry quite a bit of water for the 40 min sessions and decided to forgo the hassle...PM me if you're interested...I paid 200 plus I bought high pressure lines and fittings to replace the standard stuff in the kit...should be a great setup for someone...oh and it comes with a boost sensor as the trigger...Coolingmist, check it out
