first - 350whp 15psi boost - stock 20 year old longblock (including Head gasket)
second - 400-whp <20psi - stock 20 year old longblock (including Head gasket)
third - I am not sayin... maybe put it back together

Do a leak down test to make sure its healthy and At least change the rod/main bearings and polish the crank journals.

everything is going to be replaced/modded besides the pistons/piston rings/rods and the cyclinder walls will remain stock.
