Default Europroducts chips and oil in vacuum line

I bought the 300hp kit from lindsey racing and have started putting everything in starting with the MAX DMEIII chips. When I opened up the DME and KLR I found two after market EUROPRODUCTS chips. On the KLR it says 951/88 2732A, and on the DME it says 951/88 2764A.

Does anyone know anything about these particular chips?

And my second question is when I was pulling the KLR i found that the vacuum line had a kink in it from the last person to work on, and there appears to be oil or maybe old gas, or some other liquid in spots up the length of the line.

Is there anything that I should about the mystery liquid? And what would the kink in the line caused? The car always seemed a little low on boost.

Those chips are terrible compared to whats available now.

I think they are mapped for 14psi and stock everything else
