I'd like to know too, Paragon has adjustable height kits to go with the Koni inserts but the smallest spring is 200lb, so could you for example run that with stock torsion bar and still be balanced?
I wish to keep my road comfort but have the adjustable feature...for $235 its cheap

you can get weltmeister 200 or 250's- nine-44 has 250's on his turbo converted car and it seemed very balanced w/ the stock torsions. I ran 200's in a paragon ride height kit w/ stock torsions on my n/a and it was perfect, but with the slight weight difference of the turbo im sure you could do the 250's easily.

Using 200s with Paragon ARHK on my non-S turbo and it seems balanced well enough for me. Ride is noticeably stiffer than stock but not too harsh IMHO. The best thing would be to find some one local with a similar setup that can give you a ride so you know exactly how it feels on your local roads. I would guess that wouldn't be too hard based on your location and the number of East coast RLers. Also, are your shocks up to the task of handling a higher spring rate?

um yeah, mean't to say struts not shocks. That's what I get for posting at work. Point I was trying to make is that if your struts are original, it might be a good time to upgrade/rebuild them before swapping to a stiffer spring.

hey just a different perscpective....... I would not even bother with 200 range springs. Upgrade is minimal, and frankly a waste of effort and money in my book. if anything under 300 I would not even bother, and you cannot go 300 or more without tbars upgrade.
I would go for 968 mo30 front sway bars and welt full adjustable rear..... then later when you have resources to do a real upgrade you have not wasted effort just replacing what you have already bought
