hoosier can make a tire specifically for you and carve a treadpattern into them. Thats all ive ever been able to find.

also AVON has vintage wide tires /can hand carve tread patterns into their race tires..dont know how long they would last on the street though!!

vwvortex - be strong man. You will HATE the BS with tires.

Just picture yourself, cruising along to discover you got a flat, dang......... through sidewall, can't be patched...... dough. Except now you have to write another big fat check for tires and wait two months for your replacement tire to arrive.

be strong man - it is nothing more than an evil thing pretending to be cool

Slicks?
Hoosier or Avon.
Street?
Not much out there, but might be able to get by with a Hoosier 275 R06 or A06, but Toyo has a 255 and also Kumho has a 265, that should work.
Good luck.

I wouldn't be putting those on an 11" rim.
Just put the 16"s down and move up to 18"s and be done with it. Many more choices in track tyres too. What are these 16's from? Who had them and what are the offsets? This all sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen.
