Hey Chris,

Again, bad advise will get you all worked up for no reason at all.

By design, the vacuum canister holds a small amount of vacuum to operate the heater controls. It NEVER sees any boost because it has a one way check valve not allowing any boost to enter the VACUUM canister or go out into space.
So, your on boost AFR's will be exactly the same connected or not.

Thanks Rick. I thought I'd just throw the possibility out there. Russell (951MAX chip) wasn't sure if that was actually the case when I touched base with him very briefly. I'm satisfied that it isn't an issue, and I know that you told me the slight exhaust leak also isn't an issue.

What's your opinion on the AFR curve? Russell told me that he programs the AFR to fall in the 11.5 - 12.0 range through most of the power range, and that my AFR curve was unexpected, possibly indicating something wrong with the car somewhere. What do you think? (I was waiting to get back in touch with you until I spoke with Russell, but he's been MIA.)

How long was the dyno sweep on the Dyna Pack and in which gear?

I would fatten up the fuel before running the car hard.
