if switching to E85 you need at least 150% of the regular fuel set up 130% for the same power but when you switch expect to be able to run more boost and need more fuel

We have calculated that you need to run somewhere between 30% - 50% more fuel and the octane should be over 110. More boost possible and more advance if that's right for you. Not always the case...

I'm in the process of updating the inventory. A announcement will be made as soon as I have solid data. As of now, the Stage 2 kit will be on sale (back to life after being MIA most of last year), I actually ordered a few too many ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
More items will be added, I just need to make sure I have enough of everything in stock.
Thanks

We just had our shop car (Supercharged Nissan 240) Tuned to E-85.
In order to maintian a lambda value of .8 going from our Gas maps to E-85 Took varying amounts of fuel. was NOT constant. But stayed fairly steady From 22% at idle to 28% more fuel at 7200rpms. There you go. Factor in 30% more fuel across your maps and fine tune across the range from there. Different engines will of course vary slightly. Advice from a race car tuner using Methanol "Alcohol is way more forgiving (Less horsepower loss) when rich, than when lean. (boom)"
Timing is of course more a personal preference. Kinda like personalities. from conservative to edge of death.

Yeah. I'm still hurting for you on that one.
had a chance to check out te motor yet?
I got bit by the wiring gremlins. I thought I would have dynoed by now. very frustrating.

Out of curiosity, how did the E-85 make it to this thread? Great conversation, please continue.
Raven951, others as well; if you have a request let me know via email. I will take your suggestions into consideration.

interesting indeed. To add an extra set of injectors for an alcohol fuel is advantageous in another way. it gives the fuel a chance (when positioned further upstream) to cool the intake charge, further enhancing its detonation prohibiting effect. If you have means, I highly suggest it.

Is there the physical room to do that?
